We at Core Mobility Solutions want you to be happy with your LifeGlider mobility device.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the LifeGlider or its accessories within 30 calendar days of receiving the item. Please note that refurbished items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email us at customercare@mylifeglider.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or for any return-related questions.
Shipping
Once we confirm your return request is within the 30-day return period, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Attach the shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized FedEx location.
