Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the LifeGlider or its accessories within 30 calendar days of receiving the item. Please note that refurbished items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, email us at customercare@mylifeglider.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or for any return-related questions.
Shipping & Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect its condition and notify you of the return status.
If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 4–6 weeks for the refund to be completed, which includes both our processing time and your bank’s policies.
For LifeGlider returns, a $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, along with the original shipping cost. For accessories purchased separately, the return shipping fee will be based on the actual shipping cost and deducted from the refund.
