Return & Refund Policy
We at Core Mobility Solutions want you to be happy with your LifeGlider mobility device.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 calendar days of receiving the LifeGlider or accessories. Please note that refurbished items are an exception.
To return a product, please email customercare@mylifeglider.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization or to ask any other question relating to returns.
Shipping
Once it’s verified that it is within the 30-day return period, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label. Place the return shipping label on the package and take it to an authorized FedEx drop-off location.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to original method of payment. Please note that between our processing time and your bank issuer’s policies, this can take 4-6 weeks.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
